Earlier this week, I shared my top business lessons learned in 2019. This year brought some wonderful experiences, as well. There’s nothing like ending on a high note, so here are my top five highlights of the year!
#5. July: New website launch. Four months. That’s how long it took to re-vamp the #Strella website home page this year. The goal was to better align the customer expectations with our services. Was it worth it? You be the judge. https://strellasocialmedia.com/
#4. February: Being named an influencer for Social Media Today. It was a great honor to be named an expert for the publication, Social Media Today. An in-depth interview followed, which was very cathartic.
#3. June: The completion of our professional video. We finally completed our first professional video, which showcased our core values, our clients, our team, and what makes #Strella unique! Click here to watch!
#2. October: Trip to Utah. Once again, I traveled to Brigham Young University Broadcasting (BYUB) in Provo, Utah to attend meetings with their marketing team about social media for next year. I enjoyed every second of my time there, which was spent showcasing – and experiencing – the importance of relationships.
#1. May: #StrellaMeetUp. As a virtual business, it’s not often I get to see my clients – or my team – in real life. Fortunately, I had a chance to do both when we gathered in New York City this past Spring! Click here to watch a short video of our trip!
