The #Strella team does the heavy lifting, but make no mistake, your social media plan will require some effort from you, as well.

Here’s what we’ll need to generate successful outcomes for your business.

A Primary Contact: We ask that you designate one primary contact person to communicate with us about your company’s social media initiatives. This streamlines and simplifies the collaborative process, especially when there are multiple departments engaged in your social media activities. If there are any third-parties involved (e.g. PR companies, website or marketing companies, etc.), we need to be made aware of their role in the efforts.

Consistent Communication: From reviewing the strategy to responding to pertinent inquiries, social media requires that we stay in touch. But, don’t worry! We’ll communicate efficiently, so you can stay focused on running your business. We request a 48-hour turnaround time on correspondence, unless we’ve been informed that you’ll be unavailable and/or you’ve designated another contact in your absence.

Commitment: We ask that you stay the course - and do not suddenly deviate from the strategy - because you’re actualizing instant results. The same goes for shiny objects, which can distract from the plan. We also ask that you ‘do your homework’ and deliver any agreed-upon assets such as raw photos or videos.
